Information we collect
When you place an order or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, order ID, payment status and messages. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, bank password or OTP.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Payment details entered on Razorpay’s hosted payment screen are handled under its security and privacy practices. We receive only the order and transaction status information needed to confirm your purchase.
How we use information
- To create and verify your order.
- To deliver the purchased digital product.
- To provide customer support and prevent misuse.
- To maintain accounting, tax and legal records.
- To send service-related order updates.
Advertising measurement
We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure website activity and successful purchases. For server-side purchase matching, customer email, phone and limited name information are normalised and protected with SHA-256 hashing before being sent to Meta. We send only the information needed for conversion measurement, attribution and campaign optimisation.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers required to process payments, host the website or deliver the product, and with authorities when legally required. We retain order records only as long as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request correction of your contact details or ask a privacy question by emailing support@salongrowthkit.in. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
Security
We use HTTPS and server-side payment verification. No internet system is completely risk-free; customers should never send sensitive banking credentials through email or WhatsApp.
